Save Our Train Connection to LA

The San Diego to LA train is part of the LOSSAN corridor, the nation's 2nd busiest passenger train corridor that also carries over a billion dollars worth of goods every year. LOSSAN, however, is falling into the ocean due to unstable bluffs. RideSD has been advocating alongside our state officials to bring attention and action to the issue.

Contactless Credit Card & Mobile Wallet Payments

RideSD composed an open letter with over a hundred signatures and mobilized transit riders to speak at MTS board meetings to request they upgrade their fare validators to accept contactless credit card & mobile wallet payments.

Our advocacy moved the board to act and upgrade their fare validators. MTS will finish implementing this upgrade in May 2024.
